Hope Active

Light exercise, fun activities, arts & crafts, chat and refreshments - come along to one of our Hope Active sessions!

Here’s just some of the activities we do:

  • Board and card games

  • Indoor curling

  • Carnival games

  • Knitting and crochet

The Hope Active programme is a three-year initiative funded by Cambridgeshire County Council and managed by Hope CIC. The primary goal is to enhance the health and wellbeing of individuals aged 60 and over by offering gentle exercise-based activities specifically designed to meet their needs. The programme focuses on promoting physical activity in older adults as well as enhancing emotional wellbeing.

The Hope Active programme aims to support individuals over 60 by encouraging them to lead more active lives, ultimately improving both their physical and emotional health.

If you are interested in joining a session, referring a friend or family member, or would like to volunteer at one of our locations, please email active@hopeagainst.org
