Emergency Food Parcel

Need an Emergency Food Parcel? Complete the application form

Emergency food parcels are available for residents of South Cambridgeshire who have no money and urgently need food but cannot access a local food bank. You can check where your local food bank or food hub is on South Cambridgeshire District Council’s website.

If you can visit your local foodbank, please email Duty.Communities@scambs.gov.uk with your full name, address and phone number and someone will call you back to assist.

Parcels are delivered on working days only typically within 24 hours and guaranteed within two working days; requests made before 2pm on a working day may be prioritised for same-day delivery, but this is not guaranteed.

No deliveries take place on weekends or Bank Holidays.

Households can receive up to three parcels within six months.

Parcels include essential food items to cover 2 days and adjustments may be made for dietary requirements, to avoid waste, these should be clearly stated when applying.
